What changed
Stocky's Custom Carpentry, a carpentry and construction company in Billings, had no website and only a handful of Google reviews. I built a site written for first-time customers, rebuilt its Google profile, and set up an easy way to ask past clients for reviews. Within a few months, the website was bringing in new paying clients on its own.

Hi, I'm Michelle.
I've spent more than 15 years in digital marketing, tech and ecommerce. Most recently I was a director at a Shopify Plus agency, where I worked with brands like Khloud, Stiller's Soda, and McCormick on their websites, product launches, and marketing.
This year I left agency life to build something of my own, which puts me in the same boat as a lot of the people I work with. I share what I'm learning along the way on TikTok, and I bring everything I learned at the agency to businesses that I truly want to help succeed.
Outside of work, I’m a mom of two great kids and still have the cat I adopted in college (he's 17 now!). I love local coffee shops, yoga classes, and exploring Yellowstone National Park.
